Most small business owners I talk to have been burned once already. A DIY site that never brought in a customer, or an agency that launched something and disappeared. Either way, nobody was around when something needed to change.

I’m Zack Freeman. I live in Saginaw, and my full-time job is running operations for a medical practice here in the Tri-Cities: staffing, scheduling, billing, and the technology that holds it all together. I know what it costs when a system you depend on doesn’t work, because fixing that is my day job.

TriCity Technologies is my own business. I hand-code websites for a small number of local businesses at a time, on purpose. That’s how I keep a promise bigger shops can’t: when you need something changed, you talk to the person who built your site, not a ticket queue.

Here’s how it works. You tell me what you need. I build a mockup of your homepage so you can see it before you spend anything. If you like it, I build the rest and launch it, and on a subscription plan, I keep it running and up to date.
