What Would Add-Ons Cost?

Extras, Priced Up Front
Hosting for one-time builds, plus the tools you can add to any plan. Setup is a one-time fee, or a monthly fee on a 12-month term.
Full add-on price list
Choosing monthly spreads the one-time fee across 12 payments. After the twelfth payment the add-on is paid off - it is not an ongoing charge.
Ongoing store support is the exception: Up to 10 product updates a month, minor design tweaks, troubleshooting. A real ongoing service, not a payment plan - it continues until you cancel.

Vendor subscriptions are paid directly to the vendor and are not included in these figures.

Plans, Terms & Canceling
You can move up anytime. An upgrade starts a new agreement at the higher plan, with its own 12-month minimum. Moving up is the only switch available.
You can cancel, but the remaining months of the minimum are still due. After the first 12 months, your plan goes month-to-month.
Your site stops moving. It stays online for $14/month, but it's frozen: the hours, prices, photos, and specials all stay exactly as they were on your last day, while your business keeps changing. Every change after that is $45 for up to about 30 minutes; larger work is quoted. Coming back to a monthly plan means a reinstatement fee equal to one month of your plan, plus a new 12-month minimum. Most businesses find that staying on the plan costs less than leaving.
Yes. There's a one-time reinstatement fee, equal to one month of your plan, to bring your site current and back into regular maintenance. After that, a new 12-month minimum starts.
