Simple Terms You Can Understand

Welcome to TriCity Technologies. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept things straightforward so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Services

TriCity Technologies builds hand-coded websites with SEO setup and hosting, and provides ongoing updates on subscription plans. Each project’s details are set out in a written agreement before work begins.

2. Project Process

Every project includes discovery, design, development, review, and launch phases. Timely communication and feedback ensure deadlines are met.

3. Payments

All projects require either a deposit or a signed subscription agreement before work begins. Subscription clients are billed monthly via secure payment systems.

4. Revisions & Support

Subscription websites include unlimited updates, short of a redesign or a new page. One-time builds include fixes for anything that doesn’t work as delivered; changes after launch are not included.

5. Ownership

Clients own their content, brand assets, and domains. TriCity Technologies retains ownership of proprietary code and frameworks unless a buyout agreement is signed.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Subscriptions (Landing, Core, or Enhanced) have a 12-month minimum term. After that, services renew monthly unless cancelled in writing. Hosting ends upon cancellation unless a buyout or self-hosting transfer is arranged.

7. Warranties & Liabilities

We guarantee professional work using current web standards. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party integrations, hosting interruptions, or external updates.

8. Privacy & Security

We protect client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information is never sold.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate Michigan jurisdiction.
